Jon Carter MA(Ed) MEng(Hons) MIET Director Jon is an education consultant and inspector. He regularly leads inspections of mainstream and special schools (including pupil referral units) under s5 and s8 of the Education Act 2005. Jon's specialist expertise is in the leadership of special educational provision, especially for learners with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties and autistic spectrum disorders. He also specialises in health and safety management, particularly for off-site and adventurous activities. He holds accredited awards in off-site safety management and workplace health and safety as well as being a qualified mountain leader and climbing supervisor. Jon is involved in the monitoring and inspection of education improvement and provision in the Middle East.
